★ Prices stated are nett, not including delivery or decor. Custom decor/florals/props are available upon request.

★ Packages prices available with various items. 

★ Prices are fixed for 48 hours rental. Additional hours can be provided upon request.
★ All rental structures must be reserved at least 1-2 weeks in advanced to ensure availability.
★ $50 refundable deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit will be refunded within 1-2 working days once items are return in original condition.
★ Deposit shall be forfeited if structures are damaged or lost.
★ Delivery charges are fixed at $80++* per structure two way to any location. An additional surcharge applies for delivery to locations without a lift that requires additional manpower to carry(stairs/escalators).

★ Agreed timing is subjected to change in the event of road obstruction, bad traffic, bad weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
★ Self collection and return is available if you have your own transport.
★ Any customization of structures are available with an additional fee depending on complexity of design.

★ We understand that unforeseen circumstances occurs, therefore, refunds are allowed as follows:
➔ 100% refund for cancellations more than 1 month ahead of agreed rental date
➔ 50% refund for cancellations less than 2 weeks ahead of agreed rental date
➔ No refund if cancellations are made less than 3 days ahead of agreed rental date
★ Changes in agreed choice of structure must be informed at least 2 weeks before scheduled date (subject to availability).
★ Additional charges may apply for changes in the agreed choice of structure depending . (Subjected to availability)
